Jim Ekanem’s mission is to revolutionize work environments by seamlessly integrating physical and mental wellbeing practices into design thinking sprints. He strives to reduce burnout, promote balance, and while guidig teams through the diverse challenges of innovation.

In the past, Jim Ekanem has garnered critical acclaim for his multidisciplinary design expertise. In addition, his innovative services that enhance team engagement and workplace wellbeing through play and movement have garnered him recognition by his peers. Levereging the energy set free by his ambitious personal learning journey, Jim combines Design Thinking with Athletic Toolkits.

Jim Ekanem believes in the power of fostering connection, promoting mental wellbeing, and enhancing team dynamics through innovative facilitation approaches.

Jim himself transitioned from being an athlete to becoming an artist in every sense of the metaphor. He believes that anyone posesses an inherent quality to express themselves creatively – A discovery from which he high performers can benefit from the most. At the same time, he thinks that anyone is able to be productive through playful social interaction and carefully timed productivity exercises inspired by athletic training.
